I have been writing about food for over a decade, in magazines, newspapers, for online, food brands and in my books. My first book, How to Make Coffee: The Science Behind the Bean has sold over 100k+ copies in 6 languages, 8 countries and 9 editions.
With a Masters degree in a Food Studies, specializing in Food Writing, I began writing travel or research articles and content for magazines in Canada – newspapers in the UK – documentary companies in Australia.
Since then, I have expanded into working with food brands around the world on writing and/or editing content – from writing product descriptions through to packaging text, blog posts through to social captions, content marketing pieces through to animated video scripts. I’ve worked with some of the world’s leading food brands to ensure their communications are of impeccable quality.
